The first stage of work starts on April 29 at midnight. Specialists will update the rails and sleepers, install a new crushed stone base, storm drainage system, environmental filters in wells, and lay pipes under the inter-track. They plan to organize offsite meetings every week.
At the same time, tram traffic on the section from Barboshina Polyana to Novo-Vokzalnaya Street will be completely stopped. For the convenience of citizens, 30 free buses will be launched at intervals of approximately 3 minutes during rush hour and 7 minutes at other times.
A new commercial route 88 will also appear. It will run from the hospital on the Volzhskoye Highway near the Solidarity Samara Arena to the river station via Novo-Sadovaya and Solnechnaya. 15 machines will be connected to it.
“The buses will turn onto Solnechnaya in the area of the Cyril and Methodius Cathedral,” local authorities clarified. – They will start driving through the territory adjacent to the MTL Arena, from where they will go to Novo-Sadovaya.
