An officer of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, Colonel of the Internal Service, Atatoly Nosachev, passed away on April 24. The sudden death of the colonel was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations.

As stated in the obituary, Anatoly Nosachev was born in the village of Sinyavskoye, Rostov region. He graduated with honors from the Ivanovo Fire-Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the State Fire Service Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

During his career, Nosachev held various leadership positions. Since 2019, he has been Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Kalmykia.

“He was a person, a friend, a comrade who you could rely on and would not let you down. The staff of the Main Directorate expresses deep condolences to the family and friends,” the statement said.
