The first festive events in honor of the 650th anniversary of Kirov will take place on May 11

Kirov residents were announced the official date for the start of the celebration of the 650th anniversary of the city. The start of the celebrations was announced by the regional government.

The authorities informed that the tourist season begins in Kirov on May 11. On the same day, the first celebrations on the occasion of the upcoming anniversary will take place in the city. The epicenter of the festivities will be Spasskaya Street. From the stage near Vitberg’s house, the townspeople will be congratulated by the top officials of the region and the city.

The opening of the tourist season in Kirov will be accompanied by a large-scale entertainment program. Concerts, shows, project presentations and many interactive events are organized for residents and guests of the city. The governor promised that Kirov’s anniversary would be the starting point for a reboot of the entire region.
