The artist of the Orenburg choir, through the court, achieved the payment of bonuses of 288 thousand rubles. The employer will have to pay this amount, despite the fact that the woman did not participate in concerts in the fall of 2022.
This decision was made by the Dzerzhinsky District Court of Orenburg, where the artist appealed in connection with the quarterly and annual bonuses that had not been awarded to her. It turned out that all other employees were paid these amounts regularly.
According to the representative of the defendant, the reason for exclusion from the list of award winners was that the artist did not take part in concerts during the said period. But this is not a matter of violation of labor discipline. The actress, who has been singing in a famous group since 1983, has problems with her voice. In connection with this, the choir management suspended her from performances.
The court found the applicant’s complaints to be justified and awarded her bonuses, compensation and payments in the amount of 288 thousand rubles.
