The international exhibition and forum “Russia” at VDNKh was visited by 11 million people

Together with her husband Anatoly and two daughters, Olga Lutova from Orel became the eleven millionth guest of the international exhibition and forum “Russia”, which took place on April 25. The organizers of the exhibition joyfully announced this event. According to Olga, they are very happy to attend this exhibition, where they can get acquainted with different regions of Russia, learn details about them and choose a place for future travel.
As a prize from the exhibition management and the administration of the Tomsk region, Olga and her family received a certificate for a four-day trip to Tomsk. General Director of the exhibition “Russia”, Natalya Virtuozova, expressed gratitude to the Governor of the Tomsk region, Vladimir Mazur, for such a generous gift. She also invited everyone to visit the Russia exhibition and appreciate the large-scale renovation of the exhibitions.
The press service of the exhibition reported that during their trip to Tomsk, the family will be able to find out why this city is called “emerald”, as well as visit the most beautiful and symbolic places. Governor Mazur noted that visiting Tomsk is like immersing yourself in a fairy tale. The city, which is the official student capital of Russia, exudes science, culture and the spirit of Siberian antiquity. He also noted that Tomsk has raised many outstanding and talented people, including Alexander Volkov, a graduate of the Tomsk Teachers’ Institute and the author of the fairy tale “The Wizard of the Emerald City.”
In addition, the family from Orel will be able to try local gastronomic treats and take photos with the famous 36-liter charcoal tavern samovar. Guests are also offered excursions to the first rural park beyond the Urals, the Animatronic gallery and an eco-factory.
