The first digital test site of the Rostelecom Key platform was presented in Moscow

Rostelecom presented to developers, developers and management companies the first testing ground of the Rostelecom Key platform in Moscow. It was created on the basis of the Lefort residential complex, where the maximum number of smart platform services has already been deployed. To show all the capabilities of the Key, the company became a participant in the Urban Tour. As part of the project, the company clearly demonstrated the digital services of Klyuch. All smart services of the platform are managed through a single mobile application.

“Key” brings together a set of digital solutions for ensuring the security and management of apartment buildings in the interests of developers, management companies and homeowners. Among the most popular products of Klyuch are smart video intercoms and video surveillance in entrances and local areas. The solution also includes smart barriers, remote access control systems, meters with automatic transmission of readings and other smart functions.

Rostelecom’s solution allows you to get rid of physical keys: a smartphone, smart watch or voice assistant will help you open a barrier, gate or entrance door. For temporary access for guests or couriers, you can generate a special code that will be valid for 24 hours. The smart intercom displays a video image on the smartphone screen – you can open the door directly in the application.

The entrance and yard video surveillance system covers the entire territory of the residential complex, allowing to reduce the number of offenses. In case of any incidents, residents can view the recording from surveillance cameras on their smartphone – the archive is stored for 30 days. Meter readings are also transmitted automatically, which frees users from the need to remember or record meter data.

As part of the Urban tour, representatives of Rostelecom showed how the unified mobile application “Key” works to control and manage access to residential premises and the territory of the Lefort complex. The ecosystem of Klyucha smart services already covers 286 cities in Russia, and more than a million residents use the mobile application.

The digital platform for managing apartment buildings “Rostelecom Key” is 100% Russian development. In 2022, it is included in the register of domestic software maintained by the Russian Ministry of Digital Development.
