The Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Republic of Karelia informs residents of Karelia about an additional opportunity to receive legal assistance on issues of enforcement proceedings at the Legal Consulting Center of the Karelian Branch of RANEPA. This became known from a press release from the department.
At the initiative of the head of the department of state law of the Karelian branch of RANEPA, Alexander Batalin, for the convenience of residents of the republic, a new model of interaction between the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Republic of Karelia and law students of the Academy has been introduced.
With the participation of officials of the Department, legal and targeted assistance is provided to SVO participants, members of their families and all residents of Karelia on issues that citizens have with bailiffs.
“Law students of the Presidential Academy are included in the process of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens. In addition to legal advice and preparation of the necessary documents, students of the Legal Consulting Center will help citizens find the necessary information online using the electronic services of the FSSP of Russia, submit an electronic appeal to the bailiff using the “Internet reception” service on the department’s website,” said the chief bailiff Republic of Karelia Oleg Goncharov.
The head of the Department also noted that the most difficult questions received from citizens will be resolved with the participation of officials.
