Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg Evgeny Razumishkin and Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of Russia Alexey Eresko inspected major renovation projects on Nevsky Prospekt. Over four years, it is planned to repair the facades and roofs of 85 houses on the main artery of the city.

Evgeniy Razumishkin recalled that this year false facades are being used on all front facades of the buildings being renovated; this has a qualitative effect on the visual perception of the avenue during the work.

“We paid attention to the renovation process and the quality of materials. I reported to Alexey Vasilyevich about the issued orders and the established interaction with the councils of houses and management companies. I keep this issue under personal control,” wrote Evgeniy Razumishkin in his Telegram channel.

The process of major renovation of the house at 150 Nevsky Prospekt was also inspected.

“To complete the compositional image, we are starting to design the future landscaping of public gardens facing Nevsky Prospekt. Next year we will begin to implement the Solovyov-Sedogo public garden,” noted the vice-governor.
