The Tula Chamber of Control and Accounts reported on the results of its work for 2023.

As indicated in the relevant document, the department, among other things, checked the implementation of municipal tasks and plans for the financial and economic activities of institutions for 2021-2023, the implementation of income-generating activities, the use of subsidies for other purposes, the implementation of the budget estimate of a government institution, labor costs, etc. .

It is noted that the most financial violations (98%) occur at the MKU “Center for Continuous Professional Development of Teaching Workers in the City of Tula.” They related to the scope of accounting and were eliminated during the control exercise, and submissions were made to all control objects.

During the inspection period, 7 reports of administrative offenses were drawn up, the amount of fines imposed amounted to 100 thousand rubles.

It was previously reported that in 2023, the Accounts Chamber identified financial violations totaling 233,533.7 thousand rubles in the number of 613 violations. At the same time, there are still 415 non-financial ones.
