As the press service of Zhilkomservice No. 2 of Nevsky District reported on Friday, April 26, the reason for the sidewalk being covered with plaster was emergency work. “Our management company is carrying out. Tapping of weakly supporting façade elements is underway. The place is fenced, people are standing. The work began today and will be completed today,” the company added.
As the press service of the city Capital Repair Fund indicated, work on the site is indeed being carried out by the management organization, but not capital work. “Major repairs of facades at this address are not included in the immediate short-term plans and the Regional Program,” the message says.
