In Voronezh on the afternoon of Friday, April 26, 2024, a foreign car hit a pedestrian at the crossing near the “Monument of Glory.”

According to police, the Nissan Note was driven by an 87-year-old man. At approximately 12:05 he hit a 60-year-old pedestrian who was crossing Moskovsky Avenue along the zebra crossing.

“As a result of the accident, the pedestrian was injured and was taken to a medical facility,” said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Voronezh region.

Now all the details and reasons for the incident are being clarified by law enforcement officers.
