In Kaliningrad, water bodies began to be cleared before the swimming season

In Kaliningrad, city reservoirs have begun to be prepared for the swimming season. This was reported to the mayor’s office.

“The contractor is currently clearing the bottom of the official beaches. From June 1, swimming will be allowed, but only on the Blue Lakes, lakes Pelavsky, Shenfliz, Karpovsky and at the “Dream” quarry. Until this moment, the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds, it is strictly prohibited to enter the water,” the message says.

The mayor’s office reminded that there are no rescue posts at reservoirs yet. In the event of an emergency, there will be no one to help bathers.
