The Pskov interdistrict investigative department of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Pskov region completed the investigation of a criminal case against a 17-year-old resident of the Pustoshkinsky district. He is accused of committing two episodes of crimes under Part 3 of Art. 30, paragraph “g”, part 4, art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted sale of narcotic drugs by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, on a large scale).
According to investigators, on October 19, 2023, in the evening, a minor defendant arrived in one of the villages of the Pskov district of the Pskov region, where he removed a narcotic drug from a cache equipped there for its further sale, but was unable to complete his criminal intent, as he was detained employees of the UKON Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Pskov region.
In addition, during the investigation, the locations of hiding places were established where the teenager placed drugs for the purpose of their subsequent sale, however, he was unable to complete his criminal intent, since the drug was seized from the hiding places equipped by the minor by employees of the Criminal Code of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Pskov Region .
Currently, the investigation has collected a sufficient evidence base, and the criminal case has been sent to court for consideration on the merits.
