In the Tver region, the regional prosecutor’s office approved a criminal charge against a resident of St. Petersburg, who is charged with illegal production of narcotic drugs (Part 5 of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code), illegal acquisition, transportation and storage of precursors of narcotic drugs (Part 2 of Article 228.3 of the Criminal Code) ). The activities of the drug laboratory were stopped by Tver officers of the Russian FSB.

The investigation believes that the accused, as part of an organized group, was engaged in illegal drug production from May 2023 to January 2024 in a room specially equipped for a laboratory. Until he was detained.

At the time of the “laboratorian’s” arrest, the clandestine laboratory contained more than 4.6 kg of narcotic drugs, almost 29 kg of drug precursors and high-performance laboratory equipment.
