Tula residents were presented with Alla Staub’s book on effective business management
On April 26, the creative industrial cluster “Octava” hosted a presentation of Alla Staub’s business book “It Doesn’t Hurt. The right approaches to treating sales.”
Alla Staub is an entrepreneur, business speaker, creator and manager of the group of companies Dial, Serenity, Academy for Business. In her book, she talks about the problems of business, sales, marketing and how to solve these problems.
“When I was eighteen years old, my friends said: “Alla, you will be the author of a book.” I always knew I would write a book, but I didn’t know how to do it. It was a dream, like flying to Mars or starting to fly a helicopter.
Three years ago I interviewed Igor Mann and told him: “Igor, I have a dream. I want to write a book.” He replied that there are two life hacks. First: for the cover of the book, I should be photographed wearing the same shoes I wore during the interview. Second: you just take it and do it,” the author of the book said at the presentation.
Work on the book, according to Alla Staub, lasted more than one year. She rewrote it several times, came up with a title for six months, and then, in April 2024, the book was published.
At the presentation of the book, Alla Staub spoke about her experience in sales and her principles in work. She also shared tips on how to motivate sales departments to work effectively, optimize and scale the business, and find effective tools for building effective work.
