More than 9 thousand Ulyanovsk residents joined the “Victory Dictation” campaign

For the sixth time, under the auspices of United Russia, the patriotic event “Victory Dictation” took place throughout Russia and in 60 foreign countries. Everyone could test their knowledge about the Great Patriotic War by answering questions dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the complete liberation of Leningrad, the entry of Soviet troops onto the borders of the USSR, the anniversaries of front-line writers, as well as other memorable dates.

At one of the sites, at school No. 49, the first deputy head of the regional executive committee of United Russia, Maxim Zatsepin, joined the action.

“Victory Dictation” is an unprecedented patriotic action of United Russia. Today it has united the entire Ulyanovsk region. This year we organized dictation at more than 190 venues. For the first time in Ulyanovsk, all schools in the city joined the action. I wrote a dictation on site 49 of school, and together with the students I answered all 25 questions. Also at the public support headquarters and at the site in the “House of Youth”, the participants of the action wrote letters to our fighters for the “ribbon”. All of them will be sent to the Northern Military District zone,” noted Maxim Zatsepin.

The largest platform in our region has traditionally become the Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University. Here, 300 people answered the dictation questions: the United Russia deputy corps, party activists, military personnel and students.

“In our country, there is probably not a single family that has not been affected by the war. And it is the sacred duty of everyone to preserve the memory of the great feat of our ancestors, who saved the whole world from fascism. “Victory Dictation” provides an excellent opportunity not only to test your knowledge about the key events of the Great Patriotic War, but also to expand it. For several years now I have been joining the action on the site of the Pedagogical University; it has become a good tradition for me. It was gratifying to see a large number of young people among the participants; it is extremely important that our guys are the future of Russia, they are brought up in the spirit of patriotism and love for the Motherland,” said Denis Sedov, a member of the United Russia faction in the Legislative Assembly.

Unique venues in the region have also opened their doors to everyone who wants to write the “Victory Dictation”. More than 50 Ulyanovsk residents joined the action in the hall of the Palace of Books, and fifty schoolchildren answered dictation questions in a wartime setting in the regional museum of local lore.

Ulyanovsk residents joined the action at party sites. In the regional executive committee of United Russia, the “Victory Dictation” was written by students from gymnasium No. 2. There was also a platform at the Public Support Headquarters, where more than 60 Ulyanovsk residents became participants in the action.
