Two teenagers were detained in Volzhsky. The FSB claims that they damaged 16 cars with Z-symbols and planned to blow up the police department and the military registration and enlistment office

In Volzhsky, Volgograd region, two 17-year-old teenagers were detained, who, according to the FSB, were part of a cell of the organization NS/WP (National-Socialism/White Power) and preparing a “resonant terrorist attack,” the intelligence service said in a statement

The intelligence service claims that from March to November 2023, those detained at the direction of “Ukrainian curators” damaged 16 cars with symbols of “support special military operation”, as well as those belonging to “immigrants from the North Caucasus and Central Asian regions”.

In a video published by the FSB, one of the detainees (his face is hidden) says that he wrote off a “red laugh” (it is unclear from the video who or what he is talking about), who gave instructions for making a bomb and later a pistol. According to the detainee, they planned to blow up “the third police department, the military registration and enlistment office and other government bodies,” and the pistol was needed to kill “persons of another nationality” and “people representing government bodies.”

Another detainee says that he uploaded videos of cars he crashed to the NS/WP bot. When asked on what basis he chose the cars, the detainee replies that by “stickers, decals, non-Russian flags.”

In addition, the video shows a screenshot of the screen on which the prices are given: reconnaissance of a strategic facility and surveillance – from $100, sabotage on the railway – from $500, arson of a relay cabinet – $200, arson of a “chmobik/Zetnik” car – $300 and so on. What kind of screenshot this is and where it was taken is not specified.

The Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee for the Volgograd Region opened a criminal case on participation in the activities of a terrorist organization (Part 2 of Article 205.5). During the searches, parts of firearms, ammunition and improvised explosive devices were confiscated from the detainees, law enforcement agencies say.
