An anti-rating of management companies has been formed in Kirov

EnergosbyT Plus has formed an anti-rating of management companies and homeowners associations. It included 161 organizations with overdue receivables for heat energy. Every resident of Kirov and Kirovo-Chepetsk can find out how conscientiously his management company fulfills its duties, including the transfer of money received from residents.

“If the management company increases its debt to the energy sales company, then this is a signal to residents that the management company is not fulfilling all its obligations properly,” said Guzel Khubeyeva, director of accounts receivable for the Kirov branch of EnergosbyT Plus.

Debts lead to legal proceedings, collection of state duties from the management company, penalties in the form of penalties, seizure of current accounts, as well as collection of an enforcement fee in favor of the state.

In addition, the energy sector updated the register of large debtors – legal entities. You can find it using the link. It included 100 debtors with receivables of three months or more and an amount exceeding 50 thousand rubles. The registers of the largest debtors are updated on the company’s website every month until the 25th.
