Until April 30, every St. Petersburg resident over 14 years old can choose an area that, in his opinion, needs to be improved, the press service of the St. Petersburg Media Center reported today.

As noted, more than 500 thousand St. Petersburg residents have already voted: among the leaders are the Sollertinsky square on Composer Street in the Vyborg district and the square on Savushkina street in Primorskoye.

In total, from 2019 to 2023, 226 public spaces were improved in St. Petersburg. The most significant objects are the embankments of the Okhta and Karpovka rivers, Aviator Park, the space on the coast of the Gulf of Finland in Strelna, the Heroes-Firefighters Park, the garden of the Smolny Cathedral and Zanevsky Park.

Earlier, “Petersburg Diary” reported that the last week of voting for improvement was taking place in the Leningrad region.
