The sculpture “Bears” returned to the fountain of Pervomaisky Square in Novosibirsk

On April 26 in Novosibirsk, the famous sculpture known as “Bear” returned to the fountain of Pervomaisky Square. The vice-mayor of the city, Anna Tereshkova, announced this joyful event in her Telegram channel.

“Historical moment! The bear has returned to the fountain,” wrote Anna Tereshkova, emphasizing the significance of the sculpture’s return to its place.

Let us remind you that “Bear” disappeared from the fountain in the summer of 2023 due to the start of restoration work. 8.9 million rubles were allocated for the restoration of the fountain. The contractor has already completed part of the work, including the installation of new reinforced concrete structures.

The return of the “Bear” sculpture was an important stage in the restoration of the fountain, but the work has not yet been completed. Earlier, Anna Tereshkova announced the launch of the fountain at the end of April.
