Why is this done and what is the difference?
Haval has announced the launch of a new dealer network called Haval Pro in Russia. Existing showrooms will be renamed Haval City and will sell different models of the same brand.
The Haval Pro network will feature frame SUVs and “off-road crossovers.” It is planned to open 25 such car dealerships by the end of May, with the subsequent expansion of their network.
Haval City dealerships will specialize in regular city crossovers such as Jolion, M6, Dargo, F7 and F7x. Currently, there are already 146 Haval City car dealerships in Russia.
Executive Director of Haval Motor Rus Andrey Akifev explained that the opening of a new Haval Pro dealer network is a logical step to ensure high-quality service for the expanding model range. Customers can visit Haval City for a daily commuter SUV, while for an off-road oriented vehicle they can visit the Haval Pro.
