Due to the citizen’s failure to appear at the hearing, the court decided to search for him and take him into custody.
Law enforcement officers placed the detainee in a temporary detention center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Kurgan region, the initiator of the search, the judge of the Oktyabrsky District Court, was informed about the discovery of a citizen at the Kurgan station.
