Director of the Department of Preschool, General, Continuing Education and Upbringing of the Ministry of Education of the Tula Region, Vladimir Morozov, emphasized that stylish and modern clothing allows schoolchildren to feel comfortable and confident during classes. It is especially valuable that regional manufacturers present their products to students. This serves as an additional tool for patriotic education.

— Each school independently determines the general appearance of students’ clothing, its color, and style. And if some nuances are not reflected in the local acts of schools, controversial issues can be resolved at the level of the head through discussion.
