Bears woke up in the Murmansk region

Spring in the Arctic is just coming into its own. Nature begins to slowly awaken from hibernation, and with it the clubfooted animals.
While walking along the coast, Anton Chaiko discovered traces of a bear.

As Alexei Gilyazov, a senior researcher at the Lapland Nature Reserve, previously said, bears wake up when the weather becomes warm.

• Such a meeting is not dangerous. On the Kola Peninsula we have had no cases of unprovoked attacks by humans. The beast must be forced to do this. For example, approaching too quickly. Basically, he smells a scent (bears are short-sighted) and tries to get away. As soon as they smell a foreign smell, they immediately climb a tree, the bear gives a signal and that’s it. You need to keep your distance. As soon as it becomes smaller, the animals are already forced to attack. You need to warn about yourself when you walk in the forest – for example, make noise.
