Convinced to participate in car theft

A 20-year-old resident of the Shchuchansky district is suspected of involving a minor in committing theft. The criminal case has already been transferred to court.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kurgan Region, in January 2024, a Trans-Ural resident and his 17-year-old acquaintance handed over someone else’s car to a metal collection point. The initiator was a Trans-Uralian.

The owner left the car near the house. The young people towed her to Shumikha with the help of another car.

The owner now has the car. The Trans-Ural resident is still under recognizance not to leave.
