In Voronezh, state traffic inspectors will check drivers during the May holidays

Particular attention will be paid to catching drunk drivers

During the upcoming May holidays in the Voronezh region, traffic police officers will conduct raids. Law enforcement officers will catch rule breakers.

Inspections will take place from April 28 to May 1, as well as from May 9 to 12, 2024.

Law enforcement officers will traditionally pay special attention to catching drunk drivers. After all, there may be more violators on holidays. If inspectors smell alcohol or detect suspicious behavior, they will ask the motorist to breathe into a breathalyzer. They will also catch those who transport children without special seats.

Let us note that since the beginning of this year, 241 accidents with injuries have occurred on the roads in the Voronezh region. 75 people died in such accidents, and another 526 received various injuries.
