In the Altai Territory, the special fire regime has been extended since April 27.

What is a special fire regime

The introduction of a special fire safety regime implies:

  • a ban on visiting forests and entering them by transport, except for public roads;
  • strengthening the protection of facilities that directly support the livelihoods of the population;
  • introduction of a special procedure for involving the population in fighting fires;
  • a ban on lighting fires and carrying out fire hazardous work in certain areas.

Punishment for violating the special fire regulations

In case of violation fire safety requirements committed under special fire conditions, Part 2, Art. 20.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses in the Russian Federation entails the imposition of an administrative fine:

  • for citizens from 2 to 4 thousand rubles;
  • for officials from 15 to 30 thousand rubles;
  • for legal entities from 400 to 500 thousand rubles.

Violation fire safety rules in forests under special fire conditions, Part 3, Art. 8.32 of the Code of Administrative Offenses in the Russian Federation entails the imposition of an administrative fine:

  • for citizens in the amount of 4 thousand to 5 thousand rubles;
  • for officials – from 20 thousand to 40 thousand rubles;
  • for legal entities – from 300 thousand to 500 thousand rubles.
