Five winners of the “School Budget” competition received 200 thousand each for the implementation of projects

Almost the past week was especially full of congratulations and awards – we’ll tell you about one more thing. The day before, in the large hall of the city administration, participants and winners of the “School Budget” project competition were solemnly awarded. Let us remind you that the competitive selection was held for the fourth time within the framework of the cluster project “Area of ​​Opportunities.53 “Success Code”.

You can read about how the projects were defended and how the schoolchildren impressed the jury experts in our previous report. The guys were congratulated by the deputy head of the Veliky Novgorod administration, Ilona Medvedeva. As Ilona Vasilievna noted, among the participants, everyone is already a winner. Because he did a lot of work, was not afraid to express himself and expressed a desire to create something new, interesting and useful in his school. And if you didn’t manage to become the lucky owner of a grant this time, this is not a reason to despair at all. After all, you can work on your mistakes and reach your goal, if not on the first try, then on the second.

“I wish everyone who defended themselves here a week ago will realize their project regardless of their victory in our competition. All projects are very interesting and worthy. And let our competition be just one of those steps that will lead you to your personal “Success Code”– Ilona Vasilievna admonished the guys.

As for the winners, let us remind you: out of the nine that applied for defense, the jury had to choose only five projects. Based on the results of expert assessments, the following teams of schoolchildren received certificates in the amount of 200 thousand rubles:

• The team from the Istok gymnasium with the Mobile Auto City project;
• Team from school No. 22 with the project “Creation of an electronic shooting range on the basis of the Yunarmiya headquarters”;
• The team from School No. 37 with the project “Improvement of the Memory Garden and the school museum on the territory of School No. 37”;
• The Novoskul gymnasium team with the Lost and Found project;
• Team of school No. 14 with the project “Assembly Hall “Hansean Dawn”.

“We expected the task of selecting five winners to be difficult. But I didn’t imagine it would be so much! Each of us, the jury members, had our own small rating, the ratings varied. But we were united in one thing: that you guys and your mentors are infinitely talented. There were very strong performances. Each one remains not only in our memory, but also in our hearts. How can we forget the guys from school 9 who so want to create a musical team of like-minded people? And all the others: at some performances we almost cried, it was so touching and impressive. We remembered everyone”,” noted the first deputy chairman of the education committee of the city administration, Marina Vorobyova.

As the experts stated, each of the teams, indeed, not only created a high-quality project, but also withstood the defense with dignity. The guys were not at a loss, answered questions, and many approached the presentation itself with the highest degree of creativity and soul. Therefore, of course, the best speakers could not be ignored either. Thus, diplomas and letters of gratitude were awarded to Vladimir Stepanov from the Novoskul gymnasium, Denis Domnichev from school No. 14 and the young participant who soulfully performed a poem at the defense, Leonid Kvasha from school No. 37.

“We are part of the headquarters of the UID. And with the help of the grant, we will make a car town at our school: I want to create new interesting conditions for working with children, a material and technical base. Once the Security Laboratory came to us, we really liked the interactive activity that they conducted. And so we decided to make our own, so as not to invite guests every time to carry out gaming preventive measures”“, Kira Volnova, a student at the Istok gymnasium, spoke about the project of her winning team.

In general, the winning guys are really serious, which is very pleasing. Kira, for example, said that they strictly calculated everything necessary down to the smallest detail, thought out not only the model of the city, but also the activities. After all, what you need to understand about projects at the protection stage: this is a project, not a finished product. A detailed plan, sometimes to the point of seemingly stupid detail, in which everything is justified, everything is needed not for something abstract, “just in case,” but to achieve a clear goal. There cannot be any small details in the project: absolutely everything is important for the successful implementation of a complex and long-lasting idea.

And since the competitive selection is already becoming traditional for Veliky Novgorod, those who did not win this year can wish to successfully prepare for the next one. And the winners should not relax, having achieved success, and bring the project to implementation with the support of the “School Budget”.
