Lipetsk. 04/26/2024. Voronezh. ABIREG.RU – The Moscow company Stroybasis won an auction for the construction of buildings to accommodate residents in the city of Gryazi for 1.7 billion rubles.
The company was able to reduce the initial contract price by 53 million rubles. For this money, the contractor will have to carry out work on the dismantling of old structures, installation of external and internal networks of household sewage systems, redevelopment and finishing of the unfinished construction of the administrative and amenity complex on all floors, and reconstruction of the premises for the checkpoint.
The work is planned to be completed by November 1, 2025. Construction will take place in four stages.
Recently, federal authorities announced the expansion of the Lipetsk economic zone. The SEZ included the territory of the Lipetsk Tractor Plant site, which allowed it to increase its area by 125 hectares – from 2.2 thousand to 2.4 thousand hectares. Along with the increase in area, an increase in calculated taxes is expected – up to 64 million rubles by 2033.
It is worth noting that this is not the first time that the Lipetsk SEZ has opened multimillion-dollar tenders, and two contracts were received by the Oryol company Oreldorstroy: for the construction of roads and storm drains for 687 million and for the construction of site infrastructure in the Yeletsky district for 1.1 billion rubles .
Stroybasis LLC was registered in Moscow in 2016. Revenue in 2023 amounted to 2.6 billion, net profit – 20 million rubles. The general director and owner is Sergey Orishchenko, the director for the protection of state secrets is Roman Somov.
