The man did not appear in court.
In St. Petersburg, the court considered the claim of the HOA against a local resident for damages. This was reported by the joint press service of the courts of the city on the Neva.
The court found that on November 4 last year, after drinking alcohol, Ivan Pavlov drew with a black indelible marker the doors, walls and windows on the 15th floor in the 5th front door of building No. 6/1 on Badaev Street. He did not respond to the owners’ comments and never compensated for the losses.
Pavlov did not appear in court and did not present any objections. The court recovered from him in favor of the HOA 90 thousand rubles for damages, as well as another 3 thousand rubles for the cost of paying the state fee.
Let us recall that earlier a man fined for “rescuing” a hammer from an urn in Pulkovo.
