The V LOFT Theater Festival continues in St. Petersburg

135 initiatives out of 200 received were supported this year by the St. Petersburg Culture Committee. Applications from non-profit organizations (NPOs) in the field of culture are considered by a competition commission, which includes representatives of galleries, theaters, museums, and concert institutions.

Among the projects is the film festival of documentaries, shorts and feature films “Message to Man” (18+), which has been taking place in the Northern capital for more than 30 years. Every year the program includes about 50 films from all over the world.

As the Petersburg Diary writes, the international festival “White Nights of St. Petersburg” (12+), music festivals Stereoleto (0+), “Palaces of St. Petersburg” (6+), “International Conservatory Week” (6+) will also receive support. +), the “Night of Museums” event (0+), the “Sails of Kronstadt” festival (0+) and many other projects.

The total amount of state support amounted to over 1.3 billion rubles.
