Representatives of the bailiff service in the Chulym region told a funny story. They had to catch the debtor, who always has a plan B in stock.
The 46-year-old cuckoo mother did not pay child support for her minor child, for which she became a defendant in the case under Part 1 of Article 157 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. To make a decision in the criminal case, the judge decided to forcibly bring the alimony worker to the court hearing. The bailiffs went to the debtor’s place of residence, familiarized her with the decision and asked her to go into the official car. The woman asked for time to “clean up the mess” and went into the next room. “As it turned out, behind the hanging carpet in the room there was a door to the street, which the citizen used,” the bailiffs specify. “An attempt to escape was stopped by an employee who was on the street.” The would-be fugitive was taken to court. For failure to pay alimony, Pinocchio in a skirt was sentenced to 3 months of correctional labor. If she continues to not pay child support, she could end up in jail.
