A seminar-meeting on scientific and technical developments was held in the department of private security of the Russian Guard in Moscow

A seminar-meeting dedicated to scientific and technical developments in the field of protection of objects and property was held in the Department of Private Security of the Main Directorate of the Russian Guard in Moscow.

The event was attended by the head of the Main Directorate of Private Security of the Russian Guard, Police Lieutenant General Alexander Grishchenko, management and technical specialists of the Directorate of Private Security, as well as representatives of the Federal State Institution “SEC “Security” of the Russian Guard and other manufacturing enterprises of technical equipment and security systems, the developments of which are used in daily activities of the department.

At the meeting, current issues of security activities were discussed, and ways of developing the technical service were outlined. Particular attention was paid to proposals for improving the tactical and technical parameters of hardware and software in a unified system for ensuring the safety and security of real estate.

During the meeting, domestic developers of security systems, video monitoring systems and registered software platforms organized an exhibition of the latest and modernized products and systems. These include desktop and mobile terminals, personal recorders, charging, archiving, data storage and processing systems and much more. For example, one of the presented new software allows users to arm and disarm an object remotely using an application on a mobile phone.

An improved security system for motor vehicles was also demonstrated in action, which, in addition to protecting the car from theft, can also protect its owner if he is in danger.

Police Lieutenant General Alexander Grishchenko noted that Moscow continues to develop very intensively: new facilities, shopping centers and enterprises are appearing, which, in turn, makes the services of private security of the Russian Guard increasingly in demand.

Also, according to Police Lieutenant General Alexander Grishchenko, the private security of the Russian Guard has many advantages compared to private firms. Among them, he highlighted broader powers to detain intruders, high professional training and equipment, a large number of branches and immediate response groups throughout the capital, which makes it possible to immediately respond to an alarm signal from protected facilities.

“The fact that during all this time not a single theft has occurred at protected sites suggests that we are moving in the right direction,” said Police Lieutenant General Alexander Grishchenko.

Today, about 200 thousand protected objects and apartments, as well as vehicles, are under the control of the private security of the capital’s head office of the Russian Guard. Over the past quarter, about 50 thousand alarm calls were carried out, more than 2 thousand offenses were suppressed at protected sites and places of residence and storage of property of citizens.
