The qualifying rounds of the city competition “Woman of the Year” continue in Tambov. In the struggle for the honorary title, Tambov women with an active life position share their experiences with each other and inspire others with their example. The jury has already evaluated the presentations of 27 applicants.
The competition itself is presented in six categories: “Leader of public initiatives”, “Keeper of family traditions”, “Creativity is a way of life”, “Teacher. Teacher. Mentor”, “I give my heart to children”, “Sport is the basis of life”.
— In two days, we have already watched most of the performances of the contestants – active, creative, caring representatives of the fair sex, focused on personal and professional success. Each is impressive in its own way. The role of every woman is important and invaluable. It’s still difficult for us to select the best; everyone performs well at the presentation. But there will still be winners, we will announce their names on May 14,” said head of the public relations department Lyudmila Gorbunova.
It should be noted that this year 82 applications from Tambov residents were submitted for participation. According to the organizers, since 2007 the popularity of the competition has increased significantly. The most successful women take part. These are teachers and medical workers, business leaders and simply mothers who have created strong families and raised children.
