The allocation of land for representatives of preferential categories in Sevastopol is in full swing. And sometimes this process forces residents of Sevastopol villages to take up a pen and write to the leadership of the relevant departments, the governor and the president. This is exactly what the residents of the village of Rodnikovskoye are doing now.

The story about the “barbaric cutting of land” for individual housing construction is contained in a letter sent to the editors of ForPost. Here are also links to the most egregious examples:

91:01:046001:382 – the site is located directly in the bed of a tributary of the Bosa River. 91:01:046001:1221 – the site is located on the only access road to the Bosa River bed for its maintenance. The access road is used to clear the river bed from natural alluvial water barriers. As soon as the area is fenced off, the river bed will become inaccessible to equipment. Plot 91:01:046001:1246 allocated on the roadway of the street. Menhirskaya. After fencing off vehicular access to the site 91:01:046001:1218 will not be. On the remaining isthmus there are two parallel power lines and a gas pipe. If tomorrow the owner of the site 91:01:046001:1246 installs a fence, then to the site 91:01:046001:1218 There will be access only on foot.”

The process of cutting up the land, according to local residents, is so fast that additions to the facts already stated are constantly required:

“Plot 91:01:046001:382 is divided into 6 sections, 4 of which do not have an access road at all: these are sections 91:01:046001:1233, 91:01:046001:1232, 91:01:046001:1231, 91:01:046001:1230, 91:01:046001:1229, 91:01:046001:1228. Plots 91:01:046001:472, 91:01:046001:1163, 91:01:046001:387, 91:01:030001:301 cut on agricultural lands,” people write.

They are also concerned about the possible flooding of the village due to the difficulty of passage of equipment to clear the riverbed from “natural alluvial water barriers.” After January floods and the damage that was caused to many villages, this concern is more than understandable.

The appeal to the editors of ForPost, according to residents, was preceded by letters to the DIZO, the department of municipal services (administrative and technical control department), the department of natural resources and ecology, the Presidential Administration, as well as the governor of Sevastopol. The management of the DIZO confirmed that the land is being cut “in the water protection zone of the Bosa River, in the coastal protective strip of the Bosa River, in the zone of sanitary protection of water supply sources and drinking water pipelines (2.3 belt of the sanitary protection zone of the Chernorechensky reservoir).” However, the letter signed by the head of the DIZO Timur Kuliev ends with the words that the department has no grounds for canceling the decision made to allocate the site.

There was no response from Sevprirodnadzor, despite the expiration of the period allotted for this by law. In this regard, village residents are ready to contact the prosecutor’s office.

We also forwarded the appeal we received to Sevprirodnadzor with a request to express our position, but have not yet received a response. The governor still has time to respond to the residents of Rodnikovsky. What it will be like, we will find out later.
