The problem of shortage of personnel at Yaroslavl enterprises must be resolved jointly with the authorities. Moreover, they are ready to provide all the necessary help. This was discussed today at a large board of directors. According to representatives of the mayor’s office, there is now a real struggle for qualified workers not only among Yaroslavl enterprises, but also organizations in other regions. According to those gathered, it is necessary to jointly develop mechanisms so that graduates of universities and secondary specialized educational institutions remain to live and work in Yaroslavl.

Elena Gudkevich, Deputy Mayor of Yaroslavl for socio-economic development of the city:

“We want to understand what needs directors have, what employees are currently lacking the most. “Somewhere we can form a social order and announce special groups in our colleges and secondary specialized educational institutions.”

The mayor of Yaroslavl, Artyom Molchanov, emphasized that it is not only education issues that need to be resolved. Creating a comfortable urban environment is also important. And for this it is necessary to organize joint social projects between the authorities and industrial enterprises.

Artyom Molchanov Mayor of Yaroslavl:

“Creating comfortable living conditions for city residents also means creating a normal, good staffing base for the operation of our enterprises. This is not the first time we have worked in this format. This is not the first time we have gathered and each time we find a good constructive solution.”
