Sales have started in a premium project in the Preobrazhensky district of Moscow

The Stenoy company announced the start of sales in the premium project Artel (pictured). The complex is being implemented in the Preobrazhensky district in eastern Moscow.

Artel is being built on Elektrozavodskaya Street, 60. The name contains a creative idea: ART plus EL (art plus electricity). The complex consists of two 12-story buildings on a plot of 0.68 hectares. The architectural appearance of the houses was designed by the Gafa bureau.

The project includes 164 apartments, which are sold unfinished and with turnkey renovation, appliances and furniture in two design options. This is Parisian classics and Japanese minimalism from the Balcon studio. The budget for purchasing apartments starts from 17 million rubles.
