In the regional center, an increase in spontaneous landfills has recently become noticeable, causing discontent among residents. However, these landfills do not arise independently – they are formed by the Tambov residents themselves.
In the Solnechny microdistrict, there was a case when a multi-ton truck drove up to a container site for municipal solid waste (MSW), from which plant waste was unloaded next to the garbage containers. The Tambov Network Company reported that they managed to record the truck’s license plate number and even photograph what was happening.
Let us remind you that last week violators were detained on Astrakhanskaya Street. Local residents reported that in the morning at the container site near house No. 175/17, construction waste was unloaded from a GAZelle truck, and later from another truck of the same type – bags of leaves and branches collected during the cleanup.
As is known, such types and volumes of waste are not included in the tariffs of the regional operator for the removal of MSW, and also do not relate to MSW. As a result, they remain unremoved until the municipality solves this problem (with or without the help of a regional operator). TSK called on Tambov residents to record, as far as possible, the facts of unauthorized unloading of waste in photographs and videos.
