A criminal group consisting of five people will be convicted in the Kirov region. They produced mephedrone from 2019 to 2023 in the territory of one of the houses in the Orichevsky district.
The attackers planned to sell drugs via the Internet. However, in May 2023, law enforcement officers seized 30 kg of prohibited substances from them. Criminal cases were opened against members of the group for Part 3 Art. 30 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, pp. “a”, “d” part 4 art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Attempted sale and illegal sale of narcotic drugs”, Part 5 of Art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal production of narcotic drugs”, Part 2 of Art. 228.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal acquisition of precursors of narcotic drugs.”
The organizer of the illegal business admitted his guilt and began to cooperate with law enforcement agencies. He told them about the other accomplices. Now the Kirov Regional Court will consider the group’s criminal case.
Previously in A Kirov court found a 19-year-old local resident guilty of attempting to distribute drugs on a large scale. In 2022, the girl entered into a conspiracy with a criminal group.
