A resident of the Zhukovsky district paid 46 fines to the traffic police only after the bailiffs issued a decision to collect an enforcement fee, which doubled her mortgage from 46 to 92 thousand rubles.

It turned out that a 47-year-old local resident had accumulated several fines for violating traffic rules. The lady driver was driving with her seat belt unfastened and exceeding the speed limit.

The Kaluga resident did not pay the debt on time, so the bailiffs took more severe measures.
