In Samara, on April 29 at midnight the tram line on Novo-Sadovaya Street will be closed.

From 00:00 April 29 to June 30, 2024, due to major repairs of the tram line, traffic will be closed on the section of Novo-Sadovaya Street from Barboshina Polyana to Novo-Vokzalnaya Street.

Tram routes will change:

• No. 5: Fadeeva (Northern tram depot) – Novo-Vokzalnaya – Novo-Sadovaya – Lenin Avenue – Polevaya – Artsybushevskaya – Krasnoarmeyskaya – Frunze – Pionerskaya – Chapaevskaya

• No. 7: Tarasov plant – Novo-Vokzalnaya – Stavropolskaya – XXII Party Congress – Pobeda metro station

• No. 11 (on weekends): Barboshina Polyana, Moskovskoe Highway – Solidarity Samara Arena stadium – Tashkent – Stavropol – XXII Party Congress – Gagarin – Industry – Aurora bus station

• No. 12 (on weekends): Plant named after. Tarasova – Novo-Vokzalnaya – Stavropolskaya – XXII Party Congress – Zavodskoe Highway – “Yungorodok” metro station

• No. 22: Barboshina Polyana – 15th microdistrict – Press House – Postnikov Ravine – Chapaevskaya

• No. 24: Barboshina Polyana – Tashkentskaya – Pobeda – Zemetsa – Kostroma Lane.

Please note that as part of the repairs, about 3.5 km of single-track routes in both directions will be updated.

At the same time, additional vehicles will be used – 30 custom buses. They will run from Tashkentskaya Street along Democratic and Novo-Sadovaya Streets, to XXII Party Congress Street, in the area of ​​the Orange shopping center. Then, turning around under the new overpass, the buses will travel in the opposite direction, to Tashkentskaya Street. Travel on chartered buses will be free.

It is planned to dismantle the tram tracks, the foundation to the ground and install a storm drainage system to eliminate possible flooding of the tram tracks as part of the planned work.
