Honestly, I don’t understand why the hell the developers added so much titanium to the game, but if they did, it means there’s a reason. Bases can be built almost anywhere, but we must not forget that energy is needed to power the bases, and it must be taken from somewhere. Bases also have a “strength” parameter, and if you thoughtlessly attach new blocks to the base, reducing its strength, then in the end your building will leak and be flooded, which, you see, is quite unpleasant.
