General Secretary of the All-Russian Volleyball Federation Alexander Yaremenko said that the disciplinary commission at the end of the season will consider the statement of the head coach of the Leningradka women’s club Alexander Kashin after the defeat from Dynamo Moscow.

On Wednesday, April 24, the St. Petersburg team lost to the capital team with a score of 23:25, 20:25, 25:13, 25:23, 9:15 in the third match of the series for bronze in the Women’s Super League. After the game, Kashin made insulting remarks about his opponents, saying that “these Moscow bitches only win like that.”

“Such statements are not good. After all the games, we will have a meeting of the disciplinary commission following the results of the championship, where we will certainly consider Kashin’s statements. He may face both disqualification and a fine, or maybe all together,” Match TV quoted Yaremenko as saying.

Dynamo leads the best-of-three series with a score of 2-1. The fourth match will take place on April 26 in St. Petersburg.
