The Japanese company Casio presented an eco-friendly fit in honor of Earth Day. The company exhibited a limited edition watch G-5600BG-1.

Their body is made from recycled material.

The case of the device looks as if it was painted from a can of spray paint – the textured stains appeared due to multi-colored resin scraps that remained after the production of other watches. In this way, the company reuses the material.

It turned out beautifully because the body of each specimen, along with the design, is unique.

The watch can also be charged using solar energy thanks to Tough Solar technology, another eco-friendly initiative. G-5600BG-1 have an automatic calendar, timer, alarm clock, water resistance up to 200 meters. The watch packaging is also made from recycled waste.

Casio G-5600BG-1 was priced at $199, or about 18 thousand rubles. A watch similar to the model G-Shock G-5600UE-1, available in a regular case, can be bought in Russia for 9,200 rubles.
