Tate Multimedia and Trialforge have announced that the party soulslick announced last summer Deathbound, in addition to PC, will also be released on PlayStation and Xbox consoles. The game will be released on the current generation, bypassing PS4 and Xbox One.

The new platforms were announced in a fresh trailer with gameplay footage. Deathbound is scheduled for release before the end of this year. The exact date is not disclosed.

The game will take place in the fantasy world of Zieminal, which is on the verge of destruction due to the confrontation between fanatical faith and unnatural science. The main character, as is usual in this kind of title, has returned from the dead and now must clear the fallen city of Acratia from monsters.
