Capcom announced it was raising its revenue forecast for the past fiscal year due to better-than-expected game sales.

According to the publisher, the results of the recently released Dragon’s Dogma 2as well as high interest in Street Fighter 6 and previously released titles helped raise the forecast for expected consolidated income for the entire last fiscal year, which ended March 31.

The company has not provided updated sales figures for Dragon’s Dogma 2. At the moment it is known that in the first 11 days from the moment of release the game sold out over 2.5 million copies.

Sales of Street Fighter 6, in turn, exceeded 3 million units as of January of this year.

Capcom’s detailed results for the past fiscal year will be announced on May 9.. At the same time, the company will update sales information for its key games.
