Took advantage of her popularity

Singer’s daughter Alsou Mikella Abramova in 2019 she took part in the show “The Voice”, winning an unconditional victory in the project. According to the results of voting with the participation of viewers, she received 56.5% of the votes.

However, after this, a barrage of criticism fell on the girl and her star mother, and the achievement itself was devalued, since many Russians considered the win dishonest.

At first Alsou was very worried about this whole situation, she even took sedatives and could not sleep normally. But only five years later she decided to speak out about what really happened, and also decided to make a public apology to the viewers of the project.

“Did you blame yourself? Certainly. I overestimated myself, my capabilities, my fame. I took advantage of this. Yes, that was wrong. It’s unfair to others. Other parents didn’t have two million subscribers,” the artist said on the air of the “Your Natasha” show.

In fact, Alsou admitted that she “bought” victory for her daughter, but at that moment she simply did not appreciate the scale of what was happening and the possible consequences. The singer noted that she acted like a mother who loved her child and wanted the best for him.

The pop star also added that she decided to talk about the show “The Voice” for a reason. It is important to her that people understand that there was no planned story.

Earlier, Alsou responded to divorce rumors for the first time.
