Deputy Head of the Ministry of Economy of Belarus Vladimir Naumovich named the date and platform for publication for public discussion of the list of types of activities of individual entrepreneurs.
According to him, drafts of this kind of list have already been prepared. They will appear on the country’s legal Internet portal on May 15.
Naumovich also commented on the high-profile law on reforming business activities, Belta reports.

In it, he highlighted four key points, one of which is the possibility of simplified re-registration of individual entrepreneurs on the same day.
The second point is the extension to organizations with up to 50 employees of the same preferences and responsibilities as for individual entrepreneurs.
Based on the first point I outlined, when individual entrepreneurs transition to a legal entity, the rule of succession of all rights and obligations from the individual entrepreneur to the legal entity is applied,” the official explained.
Third: government support will be expanded: in addition to existing preferential loans, subsidies and leasing, grants, a financial support fund for individual entrepreneurs, and transfers from regional authorities to individual entrepreneurs will be added.
The fourth is the formation of lists for the types of activities of individual entrepreneurs, the deputy minister named the last point.
What will happen to individual entrepreneurs “outside the list”
And he added a very important note: from October 1, the country will no longer register individual entrepreneurs for types of activities not included in the mentioned list.
Those currently working in these types of activities will be able to determine their future status until January 1, 2026.
