In Yaroslavl, a resident of the Zavolzhsky district contacted the police. A 30-year-old man explained, that unknown persons withdrew 63 thousand rubles from his bank card. At this time, the victim was undergoing hospital treatment and did not have the card with him.

Criminal investigation officers detained the suspect. He turned out to be an acquaintance of the victim, a man born in 1989. He explained that while visiting the victim, he stole an electronic payment instrument. Knowing the password, he cashed out the money and spent it on his own needs.

A criminal case has been opened. The investigation is ongoing.
