On April 24, a meeting of the Vladimir City Council of Deputies took place. During the event, Ilya Aleksandrovich Isachenko, head of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Vladimir, spoke to the deputies with a report on the work of the ministry for 2023.
The head of the department shared several figures:

The total number of registered crimes compared to 2022 decreased by 4.8%,

A total of 4,617 criminal offenses were registered,

The share of grave and especially grave crimes was 33.9% of all crimes registered,

Over the year, it was possible to increase their disclosure rate by 6.7% (disclosure rate was 38.7),

In total, 1942 crimes were solved during the year (the total detection rate was 42.5),

1,548 persons who committed the crime were identified.

The total number of serious crimes against the person, the number of facts of intentional infliction of serious harm to health decreased from 46 to 32 facts (by 30.4%)

Infliction of serious bodily harm resulting in death decreased from 13 to 7 (by 46.2% percent)
The facts of rape remained at the level of last year – 3 facts were registered. In 2023, there were 13 murders.
In 2023, there was an increase in the theft of funds committed using information and telecommunication technologies or in the field of computer information. The growth was 29.8%, 470 remote thefts and 1251 remote fraud were registered. At the end of 23 years, colleagues, remotely, scammers caused material damage to the residents of the city of Vladimir in the amount of more than 400 million rubles.
The number of detected crimes related to illegal arms trafficking has increased – 15 crimes.
454 crimes were recorded in the area of illicit trafficking in narcotic and psychotropic substances, 390 of which were serious and especially serious. 57 crimes were revealed that were committed by a group by prior conspiracy and 50 crimes as part of an organized crime group. More than 17 kilograms of narcotic and psychotropic substances were seized from illicit trafficking.
In 23, 74 crimes of corruption, 12 crimes of commercial bribery, and 9 facts of bribery were identified. The number of instances of sales of counterfeit banknotes has been reduced by 31%.
It was possible to reduce the number of crimes committed by persons while intoxicated by 11.6%, and the number of crimes committed by persons who had already violated the law by 11.2%.
The number of criminal attacks committed by minors has decreased by 41.5% percent – 62 facts for the city for 2023.
Based on the results of the activities carried out, 233 cases of fictitious registration of foreign citizens for migration were identified, as a result of which 54 criminal cases were initiated.
There was a 3.5% reduction in road accidents, a 24.1% reduction in the number of deaths, and a 13.4% reduction in injuries of varying severity. Internal Affairs officials imposed administrative fines in the amount of 4 million rubles.
